You can apply by mail, in person, or online.

Open to Public means that applications are accepted from residents of Schoharie County.

Promotional means that applications are accepted only from current employees.

Continuous Recruitment means applications are accepted continuously.

Applications must be completed and submitted by 11:59 pm on the final filing date of the posting.

Allow plenty of time to complete your first application. The information will be saved in the system and pulled forward into your subsequent applications.

Exam applications will not be accepted late. Exam announcements are viewable on this page until the examination date.
